An artist has no purchase price. There are materials, time, and work spread over three places.
Whether you paint, sculpt or design jewellery: after a few years of working, your body of work is no longer in one place. Some hangs in the studio, some at a gallery, some is sold and some was in an exhibition and has not come back yet. Without a list, "where is that piece from 2023?" is half a day of searching.
Vintro Pro works per work. Title, year, medium, dimensions, material costs and asking price sit beside the photographs, and the record remembers where the work is.

Materials, framing, transport. You have no purchase price, but you do have costs — and without them an asking price is a shot in the dark.

Tick a work and it appears on the marketplace, with a description in Dutch, French and English.
In the app: under Stock every work stands on its own. What you do not want to show yet stays private — nothing goes online unless you tick it yourself.

The photographs of older work are goneFor an application, a catalogue or an insurer you need images of work you no longer have.
The margin scheme exists for goods bought second-hand. Work you make yourself is new, and the ordinary VAT rules apply to it — with, in several countries, a separate rate or scheme for works of art. Check that with your country's tax authority or your accountant; the difference between new and second-hand is set out in unused or second-hand?
Free up to ten pieces in stock. No card number, and no trial that runs out. A small shop or a market stall can keep working in it for as long as they like.

Yes. Every copy gets its own record with its number on it, so you can see which copy is sold and which is still there.
