“But Excel is free”

True, and for a handful of pieces a list does the job. What Excel does cost you is time: you type the same piece in four times — into your list, onto the price tag, onto the invoice and once more online. This is what the €19.99 gets you back.

What you do In Excel In Vintro Pro
Photos of your pieces Scattered across your phone, your camera and a folder on the computer. Which photo belongs to which row, only you know. With the piece itself, taken on your phone at the fair. One piece, one place.
Price tags and labels Written out by hand, piece by piece. Your asking price sits there in the open, including for whoever comes to haggle. A label with QR code, barcode and your own private price code — straight to your label printer.
Selling a piece Finding the right row among hundreds, and remembering to fill in the “sold” column. Scan the label, enter the sale price. Your stock stays right on its own, with nothing to keep up.
The invoice Retyping every piece into a template. One digit wrong and your bookkeeping no longer adds up. The draft invoice lands in your bookkeeping automatically, each piece on the right account.
VAT margin scheme Work it out yourself, piece by piece — and hope nobody wiped the formula out of a cell. Worked out per piece and ready per period for your return. How the VAT margin scheme works.
Reaching buyers Nobody sees your list but you. Every listing gets typed separately, on every site again. Your own catalogue, and with one switch the marketplace too — without typing it a second time.

Your spreadsheet does not have to go: your existing list moves over in one go, column by column. Still wondering whether you have reached that point yet? We wrote an honest answer: is a spreadsheet enough for your stock?

VAT

What is added on top depends on where your business is.

Belgian businesses

21% VAT on top of the subscription.

Other EU countries

VAT reverse-charged, provided you have a valid VAT number.

Outside the EU, such as the UK

We charge no VAT: as a business, you account for your own country’s VAT yourself (in the UK this is the reverse charge). A VAT number is not needed.

What is not included

Three things are charged separately, because they vary too much from shop to shop to carry a fixed price.

Administrative support

At the start I can help you enter, photograph and label your stock, so you do not begin with an empty catalogue. And in preparation for your quarterly VAT return I put your reporting pack together: your purchase and sales documents exported from Vintro Pro, the margin scheme overview, and a list of what is still missing. Your accountant files the return; I make sure they get everything, complete and in one place. That can be done remotely, or on site in the Bruges area. You get the rate on request.

Personal coaching

Setting up your business together, moving your existing stock across and getting your labels printing. You get the rate on request, after a free half-hour introduction.

A connection to different accounting software

The Odoo connection is part of the subscription. If you already use Odoo, check which plan you are on: Odoo only allows an external connection on their Custom plan, not on One App Free or Standard. If you work with another package, we look at what is possible together — and either way you can always export your data as a CSV file, which every accounting package can read.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need card details to start?

No. The thirty-day trial starts without payment details, and nothing is charged automatically if you do nothing.

What happens after those thirty days?

Your data is kept: you can still view and export it. To add or change pieces again, you activate the subscription.

What can I do with the free level?

Enter up to 10 items, with photos, labels and a public catalogue. That stays free, with no end date and no card details. From the eleventh item you activate the subscription.

Can I cancel monthly?

Yes. You cancel whenever you like, and you pay nothing for the months after that.

Do I pay per colleague?

No. €19.99 is per business. How many people work in it makes no difference to the price.

Is there a discount if I pay yearly?

Not yet. There is one price and one term, so you never have to work out which option is cheaper for you.

Try it first

Thirty days, every feature, no card details. You decide afterwards.
