1. Who are we?

Vintro Pro is a shared shop window on which independent dealers — from antiques to bicycles to vintage clothing — show their pieces. Each dealer remains responsible for their own stock and contact details. Vintro Pro itself is operated by Vintiques Export, Grote Moerstraat 73, 8200 Bruges, Belgium. 2. What data do we collect?

• If you sign up for alerts (on a dealer’s catalogue page): your name, your email address and the frequency you chose (immediate / weekly / monthly).
• If you click a heart (“liked”): this is kept only in your own browser (via “localStorage”). It is never sent to us or stored centrally anywhere.
• If you enter a location or postcode to filter by distance: it is converted once into coordinates via an external, free service (OpenStreetMap), and is not kept by us after your visit.
• Dealers’ contact details (WhatsApp, Instagram, email, phone) are publicly visible business details belonging to the dealer, not personal data of yours.

3. What do we use this data for?

Solely to send you the alerts you signed up for. We do not use your data for advertising, and we never sell it on to third parties.

4. Who has access to it?

Only the dealer you signed up with can see their own list of subscribers. Beyond that we use a small number of technical service providers to make this service work:

• Supabase — for storing data
• Resend — for sending email alerts
• OpenStreetMap — for turning a location into coordinates

5. How long do we keep your data?

For as long as you stay subscribed to alerts. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link at the bottom of every email you receive.

6. Your rights

You have the right to see your data, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. Unsubscribing is always possible via the link in the email. For other questions, write to info@vintropro.com. 7. Cookies and local storage

This site uses no tracking, marketing or advertising cookies. We use only technically necessary local storage in your browser (never cookies sent to third parties), for: your language choice, your “liked” selection, the pieces you viewed recently, and your chosen location filter. This never leaves your own device and is not shared with us or with third parties.

1. What is Vintro Pro?

Vintro Pro is a shared shop window on which independent dealers — from antiques to bicycles to vintage clothing — show their pieces to interested visitors. Vintro Pro itself sells nothing.

2. Vintro Pro is not a party to the sale

Every transaction (enquiry, negotiation, purchase, delivery, payment) happens directly between you and the dealer, via the contact buttons (WhatsApp, Instagram, email, phone). Vintro Pro is in no way involved in, or responsible for, these transactions.

3. Accuracy of the information

Each dealer is responsible for the accuracy of their own descriptions, photos, prices and availability. Vintro Pro does not check this, and gives no guarantees about the authenticity, condition or availability of a piece on display.

4. Proper use

Dealers’ contact details may only be used for genuine interest in what they offer — not for spam, advertising or other unwanted purposes.

These terms may be amended. The most recent version is always on this page.
