Vintro Pro · for market traders

Stock management for market traders

Your shop is a van and a stall. So Vintro Pro works from your phone: enter a piece, print a label and sell, without a computer.

A market trader has no office. Anything that only works sitting at a desk never happens.

You buy on Saturday, sort on Sunday and stand at a fair again on Wednesday. In between, your stock sits in a garage, a shed or the van itself. The paperwork that goes with it has to fit in your pocket.

That is what this app is built on. You enter a piece with your phone, the label comes out of a portable bluetooth printer, and at the sale you scan the code on that label. More about working that way is in trading at a fair.

What it does for a market trader

  1. Enter where you stand

Photograph, price, short description. All you need is your phone, so it happens while you unload instead of three weeks later.

  2. Labels from a printer that travels

A portable bluetooth printer gives you a label with a QR code, on the spot. No computer, no cable, no laptop on a folding table.

  3. Sell by scanning

At the sale you scan the code on the label. The price is right, the piece leaves your stock, and there is nothing to copy across in the evening.

  4. Your margin per fair, not per year

Because every sale hangs on a piece, you know afterwards what the day actually brought in — and whether the pitch paid for itself.

In the app: Quick entry and the label both work on a phone screen. You need no computer to get a piece into stock and a label onto it.

Where it goes wrong at a fair

The prices are on bits of tapeThey come loose, they get mixed up, and by the end of the day nobody knows what that piece was meant to cost.

The sales are written down from memory in the eveningAfter a day at a fair you remember the amounts, not the pieces. Your total comes out right; your margin per piece does not.

The stock in the shed is nowhereYou take what is on top instead of what sells best, because you can no longer picture the rest.

Taking your stall abroad?

A fair across the border brings its own rules: VAT registration, reporting duties and the papers you need in the van differ from country to country. The knowledge base has an article per country, with every figure checked against the government's own source.

Frequently asked questions

Does it work at a fair without wifi?

You need a connection to save, and at a fair that is usually your phone's own network. The label printer itself works over bluetooth and needs no internet.

Do I need a computer?

No. Entering, printing labels and selling all work from your phone. A big screen is handy for tidying up afterwards, but not needed to work.
