Adding one piece takes under a minute. It pays to go slowly the first time, because the fields you fill in here decide your VAT return and your label later on.
There are two forms behind that button. Quick entry is for the market, with cold hands. All details is for afterwards, calmly at the table.
Click the ➕ tab and choose Quick entry or All details.
The photo is not decoration: it is your evidence of the condition the piece was in when you bought it, and it travels to your public catalogue.
Under 📝 Basic details (at purchase), next to Photos (multiple allowed), click your browser's button — Choose files — and take one with your phone, or pick a file.
These two are the minimum. Without a purchase price the app cannot work out your margin, and the margin VAT calculation will not work later.
Fill in Description and Purchase price. With Quick entry the purchase date is set to today automatically. With All details you fill it in yourself — left empty, it stays empty.
This is the field the tax office cares about. It records where the piece came from, and that is the condition for applying the margin scheme.
Under Purchase proof, choose between Market purchase (private individual), Receipt or None (already a Peppol invoice).
The AI writes a sales text in three languages, but deliberately leaves two things alone: whatever you typed yourself, and the price. Pricing stays your decision.
Under the photos, click AI: description + price estimate. The text lands in the long Description field. Anything the AI suggests can simply be overwritten.
After the five steps above, your piece is in and can be sold. The second half of the form is there to help you find it again, filter on it, and keep your public catalogue tidy. Hence the name: it can wait.
Click More details at the top and fill in what you know: Origin, Dimensions (cm), Category, Style and Condition. None of it is required — an empty field blocks nothing.
These pages are free and will stay that way. If you would rather have someone look at your own stock with you, that is available as paid guidance.
