Vintro Pro · vintage, design and second-hand

Sell vintage. Not paperwork.

Add new pieces in seconds, handle your sales, and get the overview of your stock back.

The demo runs from purchase to invoice and asks for no account.

A vintage shop does not reorder. It finds — and every piece is a decision of its own.

That is why an ordinary till system does not fit. It assumes a fixed catalogue, stock you top up, and a barcode the manufacturer already printed. In your shop, something arrives every week that has never existed before, and never will again.

Vintro Pro turns that order around: the piece first, the system around it second.

From arrival to sold

Taking it in

A photo on your phone, a description, the purchase price. The piece is in your stock before the van is unloaded.

Pricing and labelling

Enter the asking price and print a label with a QR code — with your secret price code on it, if you use one.

Selling

Scan the code, enter the selling price, and the piece leaves your stock and lands on the invoice.

Seeing what is left

What has been standing for months, what sells fastest, and which pieces need a photo first? That is on your dashboard, not in your head.

What happens when your stock grows?

More pieces. More photos. More sales channels. More admin. But not necessarily more time:

×

two people editing the same list and overwriting each other's changes

×

a piece still listed online while it has already sold in the shop

×

photos on a phone, prices in a notebook and sales in Excel

Vintro Pro helps you grow without your admin going off the rails: at five hundred pieces it is still the same handful of steps as at five.

You started because you love the pieces. Not because you love spreadsheets.

Frequently asked questions

I have a small shop. Isn't this too heavy?

No. You start with one piece: photo, price, done. Everything that follows — labels, catalogue, invoices — only switches on when you need it. And up to ten pieces it is free.

Can I bring my existing list across?

Yes. An existing Excel or csv list can be imported, photos included. Whatever is missing you fill in per piece later.

Does that mean I also sell online?

You get a public catalogue under your own business name, and you can optionally list each piece on the Vintro Pro marketplace. There is no online checkout: buyers get in touch, and you sell the way you always have.
