Any comparison the writer wins himself, you only half believe. So we turned it around.
Vintro Pro is built for dealers in pieces that exist only once: antiques, vintage, second-hand, art and jewellery. That is a narrow shape, and narrow means that for some businesses it is exactly the wrong fit.
Below are four of those cases. None of the four is dangerous to write down, because they describe people who will not be happy with us. And they are here so that you do not choose us if you recognise yourself in them.
Each of these four describes someone who will not be happy with us. They are here because it is better to know now than after three weeks of typing.
Ten identical chairs? With us that becomes ten cards, ten photos and ten labels. A till system makes it one article with a stock of ten, and for you that is simply faster.
Vintro Pro does sell at the counter: note cash or card, print or email a receipt, and close the day by counting your drawer. But you key the amount into your own terminal yourself, and it is not a certified till. In France secure till software is required, so the counter sale is not offered there.
We have no register link at all. In the Netherlands, France and the UK there are packages that do build in the opkopersregister, the livre de police or the stock book. If that is your heaviest work, you will gain more there than with us.
Then this becomes a second system beside it, and two systems that do not know about each other are almost always worse than one. If your stock has drifted from your shop, what you are missing is a connection — not a third system.

In Belgium, the Netherlands and the UK you sell a piece at the counter: you note whether it was paid in cash or by card (the card on your own terminal), print or email a receipt, and close the day by counting your drawer. It is not a certified till. In Belgium a registered till system is only required for restaurant and catering services above €25,000 a year; in France secure till software is required, so the counter sale is not offered there.
